Relay is, of course, a suspect but I could not reconcile with 'work fine'/'doesn't work at all' situation. iirc the icm (which is what I think you replaced) contains multiple physical relays for different functions. Push button start works too, just neither door lock/unlock. The keys are clearly detected - any suggestions where Xhorse makes a $39 tester.
