Just wanting to learn, does a Stage mean 1 round of tightening, so first round of tightening is 20nm, then go round again starting at the bolt position 1 and tighten to 60nm, and then finally the 3rd round is not a measure of tightness but how far to turn the torque wrench?

Don't worry about the fuel! Just buy the ST. Mines running around 290 bhp & I get 22 average mpg going to work & back (14 mile round trip) and on a long run I get about 36 mpg. I recently drove to Skegness & back (about 200 miles round trip) and got 34 mpg there & back but I didn't really drop below 100 on the dual carriage ways.
